How long do I have to stay on the Cottage Cheese with Flax oil and raw organic foods?
:::DURING THE CANCER CURE::: The raw foods with the Flax Oil and Cottage Cheese is the diet that is recommended until the cancer is gone from your system. In come cases (depending on the depth of the cancer and the individual's adherence to the diet) we have seen instances where the person was cancer free in as little as 3 months. Now this is usually the exception, however it is not uncommon to see people completely 100% cancer free in 4 to 6 months. The most aggressive cancers deeply rooted into the system can take up to a year to be eradicated. The time to rid yourself of cancer will depend on your energy, your attitude, your adherence to the diet etc... The more aggressive you go after it... the faster you your immune system will respond. :::AFTER THE CANCER::: You are welcome to stay on this diet for the rest of your life... however after people are rid of their cancer they can relax some of the standards of the diet. It is recommended that you maintain the flax oil and cottage cheese portion of the diet for at least 3 years after your cancer is gone. Although my added comment is "Why wouldn't you keep it up for life?" ::: UP TO THREE YEARS AFTER THE CANCER IS GONE::: During this time you need to continue to use the cottage cheese and flax oil mix as a daily maintenance. ::: THREE TO EIGHT YEARS AFTER THE CANCER IS GONE::: It is my understanding that all cells in your body are replaced every eight years. Even though you are caner free your not out of the woods quite yet... because your body is still the same body that the cancer grew rampantly in to begin with, caution should still be taken to avoid the processed sugars and diets high in animal fats / trans fats / partially hydrogenated oils / hydrogenated oils... you know... all the things that put you at risk in the first place. During this time 3 - 8 years after the cancer has been gone it is still important to continue a small regiment of the cottage cheese and flax seed oil. :::BEYOND EIGHT YEARS AFTER THE CANCER IS GONE::: There should be no longer any need to take the flax seed oil and cottage chesses regiment whatsoever after this point. But by this time your probably used to it and would miss not having some now and again. Remember that even long after you are cancer free you want to continue to avoid known habits, items and environments that have risk associated with them such as: - smoking - over eating - drinking (excessively) - hight stress - lack of fresh air and sunlight - diet too rich in sugar and fats - prescription drugs - anything to excess
How can I sweeten food up on the diet?
Great question. On this diet all processed and imitation sugar must be completely eliminated. This is a very vital portion of the diet. This includes: - White Sugar - Brown Sugar - Corn Syrup - High Fructose Corn Syrup - ANY ARTIFICIAL SWEETENER - Sucrose, dextrose and maltose - NO Aspartame! The only sweeteners that you can use in sparing amounts are those that are naturally occurring from nature that have not been processed. These include the following short list: - 100% pure maple syrup that has no additives - 100% pure wild-flour honey. Look for this in health food stores - this honey will be very dark in color compared with the other honey. You see, most honey that you purchase in the grocery store is not very good for you because it is made directly from Corn Syrup or High Fructose Corn Syrup fed to the bees instead of nectar from flowers because the bees can product more honey in this manner. Yes it still comes down to making a buck.
Can I eat breads on the diet?
Many people ask this question, so your not alone. Generally speaking all breads are off the list because most contain yeast, sugar, white processed flour, etc... all items that do not promote the healing process. Sugar, flour and yeast are all off the menu. There is a bread that you can have if you need to have bread, it is called Ezekiel Bread. It can usually be found in the frozen food section of grocery stores and almost all health food stores carry it. Ezekiel bread is made from sprouted grains and is very close to a complete preteen. This is ok to eat, and is actually quite good for you.
What if I have sweet cravings?
Even though this diet does not have much in the way of sugar, that alone should not have you craving it. What I have found in my research, a sweet tooth or sugar craving is caused by a lack of salt in the diet. Not just any salt but actual 100% all natural Sea Salt. When you body has the right amount of the good salt you might just find out that your cravings are history. The pure sea salt contains the 82 trace minerals that our body needs. We do NOT get that from the normal table salt. Instead you get flowing agents so that it pours when the temperature goes up. Try to add natural sea salt to your diet if you are having sweet cravings, this has several wonderful side effects including better cellular hydration and cellular communication which will naturally give your immune system a boost. Natural Sea Salt is available at health food stores everywhere. I find it best to use a pepper grinder for both my salt and pepper. I only use fresh ground peppercorns for the pepper and fresh ground sea salt for salt. The sea salt has better flavor than Morton table salt in my opinion...
